These classes tap into the true fountain of youth using dumbbells, barbells, stability balls and your own body weight.

Aerobics to another level using a Reebok step to increase the fitness intensity. Get ready to sweat!
Stroller Exercise
Work out with your child in the park! Annette will lead you on a brisk walk with workout stations mixed in.
Studio Cycling
In this energetic group class, you navigate the road on a stationary bike. Instructors lead the class through hill climbs, sprints and jumps -- all to the beat of great music.
Yoga
We encourage each member to vary their workout, be open to change and choose gladly from the variety of instructors and styles available here.
Zumba
A dynamic and exciting class full of Latin and exotic music flavors. The routines feature aerobic interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body.
