Different intensities of water aerobics are offered and are geared to produce cardiovascular and strength improvements.
Water Arthritis
Our Arthritis program exercises were specifically designed to improve range of motion, muscle strength and endurance. The program is evidence based; participants improve their joint flexibility, ability to function independently, decrease feelings of isolation or depression, and reduce pain and stiffness while supported by the waters buoyancy and resistance, all in our friendly atmosphere.

Ai Chi
Ai Chi is a water movement and relaxation program that reduces stress and rejuvenates the body and mind. It increases oxygen and caloric consumption through coordination of breath and movement with calming, healing blend of oriental techniques. This serene water class combines soothing combinations of movement that improve range of motion, balance and mobility.
