Scuba Diver Certification

Twice a Month on Tuesday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday

Let your SCUBA adventure begin! The YMCA and the Eco Dive Center (a 5-Star PADI facility in Culver City) have teamed up to offer a one-week Scuba Diver Certification program for the entire family.

Requirements

Tread water for 10 minutes

Snorkel swim for 400 yards

Registration

$555 facility member

$614 program member

These prices include $120 for the online classroom session. Call 310-398-5759 for the online access code. Registration includes rental equipment, certification card, log book and dive computer manual, instructor fees, and boat ticket to Catalina for three adventure dives aboard an Eco Dive Center ship.

Masks, snorkels, boots and fins are not included in the registration but can be purchased at Eco

Dive Center at a 20% discount. Be sure to mention YMCA scuba.

The one-week certification program is held twice each month starting on the 2nd & 4th Tuesday.

Tuesday: 6pm Orientation, Eco Dive Center

Friday: 6–9:30pm Culver-Palms Family YMCA Pool

Saturday: Local Beach Dive/Homework Review

Sunday: 3 Catalina Adventure Dives
