Master Swim
A Swim workout given to help with endurance and speed training. Different workouts are displayed on a large dry erase board on the pool deck every other day.

 

Water Aerobics

Different intensities of water aerobics are offered and are geared to produce cardiovascular and strength improvements.

 

Water Movement
This is a low intensity class designed to move less active muscles and joints in a low impact environment.

 

Water Fitness
This is an aerobic class with fun and spunk! Come jog and sing-a-long!
