Adult Beginning Swimming
Students will learn front crawl, rotary breathing, back float, treading water, basic rescue techniques and personal safety skills. To complete this level, students must be able to complete a 25 meter front crawl with rudimentary breathing, tread water for 30 seconds and jump into deep water and resurface.
Adult Intermediate Swimming
Students develop endurance swimming ability and learn breaststroke, back crawl and interval training techniques.
Adult Advanced Swimming
Students work on refining their strokes and increasing their endurance. They perform different drills to improve their technique in front crawl, back crawl, breaststroke and butterfly. Schedule varies.
