Indoor Cycling
Motivational music, state of the art equipment and enthusiastic instructors make indoor cycling a winning workout. Intensity levels are controlled and determined by the participant.
Pilates
An anatomically based class inspired by Joseph Pilates' method. Incorporates exercise science, rehab, eliminating contraindicated movements while emphasizing proper alignment and core stability.
Step
Aerobics to another level using a Reebok step to increase the fitness intensity. Get ready to sweat!
Zumba
A fusion of Latin and international music with easy-to-follow routines that feature aerobic interval training.
