Adult Swim Workout

Workouts include: warm-up (easy), main set (distance & drills), sprint sets, plyometric swimming set and cool-down.

 

Aqua Aerobics

A safe and effective workout in the shallow end of the pool. High and low cardiovascular and muscular training.

 

Aqua Motion

A class held in the shallow end of the pool. A focus on water resistance. Good for anyone who wants to increase range of motion of joints and muscular strength.

 

Arthritis Water Exercise

Improve joint mobility, tone muscles, improve posture and relaxation. Good class for individuals with arthritis. Meet new friends, exercise joints and feel better.
