Ballet

Introduction to basic ballet concepts and basics in a fun and encouraging environment. Participants learn basic positions, elementary ballet movements, and the higher levels even do their own routines! Ballet slippers are recommended.

 

Creative Movement (ages 2 -5)

Through imaginative play, your young child will stretch, get aerobic exercise, learn body awareness and develop coordination and rhythm. Action packed and filled with fun!

 

Judo (ages 5 - 17)

This class instills self confidence and responsibility as children learn the art of Judo, a sport derived from Jijitsu and originated from Japan.
