Jr. Lakers Basketball

This program emphasizes character development and YMCA values, while teaching individual and team basketball skills. Features professional style uniforms and CIF-certified referees for the older divisions. Boys and girls are placed within age divisions on balanced teams using the tested talents of each player.

Age Divisions:

3-4 Division

5-6 Division

7-8 Division

9-10 Division

11-12 Division

13-14 Division

15-17 Division

Practices are once a week after 5:30 pm, Mon-Fri, with games on Saturdays. Practices are in the YMCA Dave Potell Memorial Sports Arena, located in the North Hollywood park. Games are held at Milliken Middle School. This is a year round program. Seasons start in January, April, July, and October. Click here for important upcoming dates in the fall season.
