Key Classes Include:

 

Senior Water Fitness

A moderate aerobic segment of upper and lower exercises utilizing various equipment. Includes an extended warm-down phase for extra flexibility and stretching.

 

Water Exercise

High and low intensity aerobics classes for your skill and fitness level. Focus on range of motion, balance and aerobic work.

 

Water Walking

For adult swimmers who would enjoy stroke refinement, as well as for adults unable to swim.

 

Water Fit

A cardio workout with strength training segment. This class utilizes a variety of water fitness tools including noodles, water gloves, kick boards and water weights.
