Kids ages 3 - 10 get a chance to stay fit and have fun in a wide variety of classes:

 

Ballet (ages 3 - 10)

Your child will have fun while they learn the five positions and get introduced to basic floor and bar exercises. Ballet slippers are recommended.

 

Ballet & Tap (ages 4 - 10)

Students learn basic ballet and tap skills and choreography.

 

Belly & Creative Dance (ages 6 - 10)

Explore creativity though various dance and movement techniques.

 

Cheer Skills (ages 5 - 10)

Learn basic cheerleading and drill team skills.

 

Hip Hop (ages 5 - 10)

Explore your creative side with this high energy dance class combining various modern dance styles.

 

Itty Bitty Ballet (age 3)

Students are introduced to the world of ballet and creative movement.

 

Martial Arts (ages 4 - 10)

Helps your children learn concentration, self-discipline, the ability to say “NO,” respect for others, self-defense with the right attitude, increases their inner strength, plus mental and physical health.

 

Tumbling (ages 3 - 10)

Kids get to explore basic tumbling and floor exercises which help develop balance, coordination and upper body strength.

 

Yoga (ages 4 - 6 & 6 - 10)

Your child will develop flexibility, focus, and coordination for a happy, healthy, balanced life.

 

Teens ages 11 - 17 can get fit and stay healthy with a variety of classes:

 

Teen Hip Hop

Teens learn basic hip hop moves and choreography.

 

Teen Jazz Dance

Teens learn basic jazz dance technique and choreography.

 

Teen Tae Kwon Do

Teaches teens self defense through using the leg’s reach and power.

 

Teen Belly Dancing

Come have fun in this belly dancing class designed especially for teens.
