AOA Aqua Fit

Experience dynamic aqua fitness for seniors in the shallow end of the pool, with strengthening exercises and movements to help increase range of motion. Class participants get a total body workout in the water. Appropriate for all fitness levels. Open to all members.

 

Aqua Fit & Tone

This class is designed to improve range of motion, increase joint mobility, tone muscles and build cardiovascular health in the shallow end of the pool. This fun and supportive class maximizes the therapeutic qualities of the water.

 

Swim Fit

Welcomes swimmers at any level to meet in the lap pool and swim as a group. Join us for a fun swim workout. Practice and get help with your stroke technique on all four major strokes: butterfly, backstroke, breaststroke and freestyle. This class welcomes beginners, intermediate and advanced swimmers.
