Cardio Kick
An energetic blend of cardio activity, kickboxing and dance moves fused into a heart-pumping workout!
Cycling
An exciting & intense cardiovascular workout.You'll burn an average of 500 calories per class!
Gravity
Gravity classes encourage streamlined exercise by using an individual's own body weight! For resistance, you'll use a cable and pulley system and a free motion glide board.
Pilates
An anatomically based class inspired by Joseph Pilates' method. Incorporates exercise science, rehab, eliminating contraindicated movements while emphasizing proper alignment and core stability.
