Gravity

Gravity classes encourage streamlined exercise by using an individual's own body weight! For resistance, you'll use a cable and pulley system and a free motion glide board.

 

Kickboxing

Experience the power of punches and kicks. Learn the basics of kickboxing while reaching your aerobic goals.

 

Pilates

An anatomically based class inspired by Joseph Pilates' method. Incorporates exercise science, rehab, eliminating contraindicated movements while emphasizing proper alignment and core stability.

 

Tai Chi

Physical postures, breathing techniques and focused attention maintains health, cultivates energy and promotes self healing.

 

Yoga
