CPR & First Aid Training Español

We offer CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) and First Aid classes to learn how to perform CPR and administer First Aid to adults, children and infants. We all want to protect and take care of our family and friends. If ever an accident occurs, these skills could save someone’s life.

“I have a 3-year-old and recently had another baby. I took these classes to give myself peace of mind. I feel better knowing I have the tools to handle an emergency.”

Our CPR & First Aid classes teach you how to recognize and care for a variety of first aid emergencies, such as burns, cuts, scrapes, sudden illnesses, head, neck and back injuries, as well as heat and cold emergencies. You’ll also learn how to respond to breathing and cardiac emergencies, so you can help victims of any age.

Do you know how to use an Automated External Defibrillator (AED)? It’s a device that analyzes the heart’s rhythm and, if necessary, delivers an electric shock (known as defibrillation) to help the heart re-establish an effective rhythm. Learning how to operate this life-saving piece of equipment is just one of the skills you’ll learn from our expert instructors.

By successfully completing these courses you’ll earn CPR and First Aid certifications that are valid for two years.

Safe and sound, in any situation.
