Teen Fitness

Designed to educate teens on how to properly use all the Life Circuit, cardiovascular, and strength training equipment, along with fitness concepts and principles. Each teen will work one-on-one with a healthy lifestyles counselor and will be able to keep track of their progress as they learn new equipment and exercises. This program is a requirement for teens wishing to use any exercise equipment.
