Active Kids/Active Families

This program is designed to improve the eating and physical activity habits of families with children 3-12 years old that are either overweight or at risk for becoming overweight.

 

Ballet

Your child will learn balance and grace through the five positions of ballet, beautiful barre exercise and basic floor work. With fun being the main focus students will learn lovely routines and combinations.

 

Dance Mania

Kids get to shake and groove to ballet, creative movement, jazz, hip-hop and more! Exciting moves and dances every week!

 

Hip-Hop Dance

In this basic hip-hop dance class, kids have fun learning mini routines and hip-hop dance moves!

 

Tumbling

For beginners; kids develop motor skills and learn beginning gymnastics skills.
