We have partnered with Life Fitness to bring you the latest fitness technology. At our George R. Hensel Healthy Lifestyle Center we have strength machines, free weights, and cardio machines including treadmills, bikes and cross trainers. We also offer a private fitness room designed for new and beginning exercisers.
