Key Programs Include:
Junior Fit (ages 7 - 9)
A fun class that includes obstacle courses, relay races, games, jump ropes and drills, along with aerobics, yoga and Pilates.
School of Fitness (ages 10 - 11)
This class will involve different types of exercise and will also include fun ways to learn about nutrition.
