Key Classes Include:

 

All Star Workout (ages 6 - 11)

Activities and games focus on motor skill development, cardiovascular endurance and muscle strengthening.

 

Fit Kids (Ages 5 - 8)

This high adrenaline class allows kids to have a blast while exercising in a safe environment. Lesson plans are designed to improve coordination, cardiovascular endurance, and muscular strength as well as allow kids to meet new friends and have fun.

 

Home School P.E. (ages 6 - 11)

This class offers home-schooled students physical education instruction taught by a qualified YMCA coach. Activities emphasize gross motor skills development, cardiovascular endurance and basic sports skills.

 

Kids Yoga (ages 6 - 11)

Yoga can be a life-long gift to your child. Always keeping fun in mind, Yoga 4 Kids can help build awareness and selfesteem while increasing flexibility and developing strong healthy bodies.

  

Sports Conditioning (Ages 9 - 11)

Want to learn basic technique and skills of all the different sports? Then this is the class for you. Learn to shoot, pass, dribble, score and more with a skilled instructor.

 

Tae Kwon Do (Ages 6 - 11)

Black belt instructors teach your children in a fun and safe environment. Well-rounded training and exciting activities make for an experience to remember. $32 per person

 

Tumbling

Our Tumbling classes are designed for youth with little or no tumbling experience. Emphasis is put on learning and mastering basic skills and building towards more difficult skills in a fun and very safe environment.

 

Wide World of Sports (Ages 3 – 5, 5 – 8, and 8 – 11)

This action-packed class introduces youth to a variety of sports skills. Children will be introduced to fundamental sport and motor skills. Emphasis is on having fun and learning new skills.
