Outdoor Science School
We are pleased to announce the opening of Camp Whittle's Outdoor Science School, a premier program designed for 5th and 6th grade students.
Teachers, welcome to Outdoor Science School!
Your school can choose either a four or five-day program at Camp Whittle, a top-notch ACA camp two miles from Big Bear Lake. The curriculum is based on California State Science Standards. Our standards reflect the high expectations of both the schools we serve and the YMCA. Our professional, screened and hand-picked staff has decades of Outdoor School experience and fully trained in first aid, CPR and child development. We have a registered nurse on site as well as several EMT's.
