Kids’ Night Out
Friday, March 5, 5:30 – 8 pm
Join this wonderful event where children (ages 2-12) can enjoy games, a movie, time with friends, and a pizza dinner. Kids’ Night Out is an event for YMCA members. Youth Fitness with Brett
Tuesdays and Thursdays, 4 - 5 pm
Youth Fitness training is a perfect way for any teen to develop and achieve their fitness goals. The class includes instruction on fitness safety and proper technique with all workout equipment. Training focused on sports specific exercises is also available, as needed by teen. Each class will consist of stretching, strength training, and cardio. Class for teens ages 12-16.
