BODY DANCE

This fun class is based on the Dance Alive method and invites you to awaken the natural movement your body already knows.

 

BODYWORKS

This class is designed to improve muscle tone, strength, posture and balance. Get the results you deserve by combining cardio and dumbbell weight work.

 

BOOT CAMP

Take on this intense cardio, strength and power based class. Combine weight lifting with high energy cardio and agility exercises to build muscular strength and endurance.

 

CARDIO KICKBOXING EXPRESS

This invigorating workout combines aerobic style kickboxing and strength training movements. You’ll find that everything from your hands, feet, abs, arms and legs receive an excellent workout as you kick and punch your way into shape. Bring your own wraps and gloves.

 

CARDIO PUMP

In just one hour you will get the advantage of strength training and cardio for a super total body workout. Intervals of low impact aerobics (on the floor or bench), with hand weights for strength and toning. Add some ab work for good measure, and you will have every major muscle group covered!! You will always be encouraged to challenge yourself! Finish up with stretching at the end and you will be good to go!

 

CORE FUSION

Bringing together the three most important components of a healthy body: CORE STRENGTH, FLEXIBILITY, and STABILITY. This class will deliver it all using the most basic moves with rocking music in the background for motivation! Whether you are an athlete, seasoned exerciser, or beginner, this class will strengthen what is weak, and stretch what is tight! CORE FUSION will be a great addition to any exercise regime.

 

CYCLING/SCULPT

Come join us for this Total Body Workout! Cardio on indoor cycle bikes (45 mins.) combined with light weights, sculpting exercises and ab work. Get your cardio burn and muscle definition all in one hour!

 

FITNESS FOREVER

Looking to ease back into a regular workout routine? This low-impact, total body workout is the perfect blend of cardio, sculpting and stretching. Here’s the chance to work muscles you forgot you had and get your heart pumping again. An encouraging instructor and supportive participants make getting back into shape so much fun that your hour long workout will fly by before you know it. Get fit and stay, Fit Forever!

 

HATHA YOGA/MEDITATIVE FLOWING

This yoga class is open to all levels and teaches students how to focus on the breath while maintaining proper body alignment. The instructor is sensitive to the needs of each individual student and tailors each class accordingly.

 

INDOOR STUDIO CYCLING

Get a high energy, no-impact cardio workout that simulates a road bike ride with resistance and heart pumping music. Lots of sweating is encouraged!

 

JUST B ME YOGA

Designed especially for mothers who wish to re-center and restore their individual yoga practice. Parents have the option of bringing their infant to class with them or leaving them in the care of trained child watch staff while they enjoy their workout.

 

KICKBOXING

Why not train like a pro! This mixed martial arts exercise class is unlike any other. Kickboxing combines lengthy cardiovascular intervals with shorter, more intensive bursts of kicking and punching to increase your fitness level.

 

KUNDALINA YOGA (Saturday Mornings)

Students are instructed to pay close attention to the breath to create ease, alignment and power in the body. Special care is made in class for each student to find postures that suit their own abilities. This class will help rejuvenate mind and body and is open to all levels.

 

KUNDALINA YOGA (Tuesday/Thursday Mornings)

This class will focus on helping students gain control of their digestive system, improve the flexibility of their spine, and quiet the mind. The instructor’s goal is to assist students so that they may experience peace from within, live in the moment and share that wholeness of spirit with the outside world.

 

TOTALLY FIT

Fun exercise class geared toward active older adults who want to increase their flexibility and range of motion with low impact cardio and weight training. Exercises can be performed either seated or standing and work on loosening up traditionally tight areas like the hips, knees, shoulders and back. Totally Fit is a great class for making new friends, reacquainting with old ones and strengthening your body, spirit and mind.

 

TRI YOGA

This well rounded class includes relaxing, slow-paced posture sequences that students will find both restorative and rejuvenating. Although the movements are gentle, students of all levels with find classes challenging.

 

YIN YOGA

Dedicate time to opening up tight muscles by holding long floor poses. Yin yoga targets connective tissue, specifically ligaments and tendons in the joints and spine. Keep up the practice and yin yoga can lengthen these tissues, increasing range of motion. A long soothing meditation and savasana end the class.

 

YOGA VINYASA FLOW

This popular style of yoga offers a challenging work out. The class is taught in a “flow style” that vigorously and smoothly interlinks poses through a series of movements.

 

YOGA-BREATHING FLOWS

This is a meditative class with gentle flowing movements that emphasize breath control and internal focus based on the Tri-Yoga teachings of Yogi, Kali Ray. This class is a peaceful way to start the day and will satisfy both beginner and intermediate students.

 

YOUTH FITNESS

Jumping rope and jumping jacks, it’s not just kid stuff anymore! Combine those exercises with others like walking lunges, sit-ups and push-ups and your child will enjoy a confidence building class that he or she will remember for a lifetime. Turn off the video games and turn your child on to a healthy lifestyle.

 

ZUMBA

This cardio class combines a fusion of Latin and International music with easy-to-follow dance routines. Ditch the workout and joining the party!

 

ZUMBA GOLD

The Latin and International dance rhythms created in the original Zumba and bring them to the beginner participant, active older adult and other special populations that may need modifications for success. The basics are emphasis for a safe and effective total body workout that everyone at any age can do!! Zumba Gold is fun, easy and effective, great for the mind, body and soul.
