Who thought supporting youth sports scholarships could be so fun? Help Coach Frank raise $5,000 for the San Pedro & Peninsula Y and guarantee that kids enjoy youth sports programs throughout the year.

Use this form to secure your pledges. Parents, email this form to your friends or take it to work! We will collect forms and do all the collection of pledges. Your participation in getting all the pledges you can makes us all most successful!

Each shooter in the contest will shoot 100 free throws. There will be a winner in each age division and a winner over all age divisions. The individual that makes the most shots out of 100 will win.
