Arthritis Exercise

A warm-water class in the Training Pool that alleviates pain and stiffness as it increases your range of motion. Swimming ability is not necessary to participate in the program.

 

Water Aerobics

Different intensities of water aerobics are offered and are geared to produce cardiovascular and strength improvements.

 

Water Running Fitness

Experience a complete body workout. Class utilizes noodles, water weights, kick boards and much more.
