Camp Whittle

Ages 7 - 13

Located in the San Bernardino Mountains near Big Bear, Camp Whittle activities include arts and crafts, horseback riding, boating, rock climbing, campfire, swimming, archery, mountain biking, and much more. Camp Whittle’s activities are designed to be progressive by age so that older returning campers will have new activities to try and will be just as challenged as the first time camper.

 

High Adventure Whittle

Ages 13 - 15

This is for the older, more experienced campers who love to push themselves to the limit! High Adventure Whittle offers advanced adventurous outdoor activities that include, but are not limited to: Rock climbing, high ropes course, mountain biking and an outdoor overnight. Space is very limited so sign up fast.

 

High School Counselor in Training (CIT) at Camp Whittle

Ages 15 - 17

The Resident Camp Counselor-in- Training (CIT) Program is available at Camp Whittle. This program is designed for students 15-17 years of age. After 6 weeks of training (one or two days a week), the CIT program concludes with “hands on” training and experience at camp where the CITs will assist camp counselors with their cabin groups.
