Aqua Bodyworks

A challenging class that utilizes dumbbells, balls and weight for a total body strength training and toning workout.

 

Lap Swim

Even a few laps can have a positive impact on your well-being. There are two lap lanes reserved for lap swim at all times.

 

Twinges in the Hinges

A warm-water class in the Training Pool that alleviates pain and stiffness as it increases your range of motion. Swimming ability is not necessary to participate in the program.

 

Water Aerobics

This is a high energy class designed to get your heart rate up to build cardiovascular fitness. Stretching and muscle conditioning are included.

 

Water Exercise

This class is designed for the new exerciser or member with health concerns. A shorter Cardio component with emphasis on flexibility, muscle strength and increased mobility.
