Whether you're a new or returning exerciser, you can expect guidance, motivation and structure to start and stick with a fitness routine. The 12-week program includes: 
  • Fitness assessment: body fat testing, weigh-in, measurements
  • Appropriate cardio workouts with equipment orientation
  • Instruction on how to stretch correctly
  • Instruction on warm-up and cool-down
