YouthFit I & II (ages 3 -6 and 7 - 9)

Here’s a class that builds a foundation for fitness rooted in fun playtime! Teamwork and listening skills are developed and balance and coordination improved through relay races, follow the leader, obstacle course games and parachute play. FREE with family membership!

Registration begins the 2nd to last Monday of each month.

 

Yoga (ages 5 -7 and 8+)

Your child will develop flexibility, focus and coordination for a happy, healthy, balanced life. FREE with family membership! No registration required.

 

Tween/Teen Strength (ages 10 - 15)

Kids will learn proper exercise techniques and cardio/weight room etiquette, plus the importance of a well-balanced fitness program that will help them become physically and mentally stronger. This class must be successfully completed in order to utilize adult exercise equipment. FREE with facility membership! Appointments can be made at the front desk.
