Water Aerobics I
Designed to improve range of motion, increase joint mobility, tone muscles and build cardiovascular health in the shallow end of the pool.
Water Aerobics II
A fun workout in the water to music. Combining cardio and muscle conditioning, members work at their own level using water weights, bands, balls and floaters.
Deep Water
Designed to strengthen muscles, promote flexibility, provide cardio conditioning and build endurance.
Aqua Motion
Cross-train with aqua yoga, resistance training and cardio conditioning in the shallow end of the pool. Appropriate for all levels.
