FREE Healthy Choice Workshop

Friday, March 19, 6 - 7 pm

Learn more about healthier food and lifestyle choices for you and your family at this fun, informative workshop. In partnership with the California Psychological Association, Jana Martin, PhD and Michael Ritz, PhD will be on hand to discuss easy ways to get healthy for a life time of well-being. FREE to the community, and Child Watch services available!

Mother-Son Luau

Friday, March 26, 6:30 - 8:30 pm in the Weingart & Golf Rooms

Moms enjoy a special evening with your sons, Island Style! Dress in your favorite Polynesian or Hawaiian attire. There will be a best dressed couple contest, photo opportunity, entertainment, music, crafts, activities & refreshments provided.

18th Annual Golf Tournament

May 3, 1 pm

Proceeds from your participation help build an endowment fund for the purpose of sending underprivileged kids to YMCA summer camp in the beautiful San Bernardino Mountains.

The tournament is held at Los Verdes Golf Club in Rancho Palos Verdes. Come out and enjoy a round of golf at this remarkable course with all proceeds benefiting YMCA campers. Do it FORE THE KIDS!
