ADVENTURE CLIMB
3 - 5 Years
Learn basic skills for climbing. This is a perfect class to increase your child’s self-confidence. Children will develop strength, flexibility and coordination by using our balance beams, monkey bars, and climbing our Rock Wall.
FAMILY FUN TIME (Parent/Child)
4-60 Months
Parents and children share a fun and exciting hour while singing songs, using the parachute, sliders, balance beans, and our soft, colorful equipment. Our equipment is designed to help increase your child’s strengths, flexibility, self-confidence and motor development.
FIT N FUN (Parent/Child)
4-60 Months
Help your child develop group social skills in a fun environment. Our soft play equipment, songs and activities are structured to help build coordination, balance and large gross motor skills.
INTRO. TO BALLET
4-5 Years
Just starting out or needing a refresher, this class introduces simple floor and bar exercises. It emphasizes discipline and participation. This class starts as the foundation for future dance classes.
LEAP INTO LITERATURE
18-48 Months
It is time to leap into literature! Come and explore different stories with us. Each week we will read a different book and create a different craft. Come join the fun!
MUSIC & MOVEMENT (Parent/Child)
2-5 Years
Come and enjoy the fun and make your imagination run wild in this class! Children get to dance to fun songs, act like different animals, and march in a marching band, use rhythm sticks and learn the different sounds of musical instruments.
SPORTS N FUN
3-6 Years
Kids will learn different sports each session. The 1st, 3rd, and 5th week kids will learn the fundamentals of the sport. The 2nd and 4th week the children will engage in schoolyard activities. Good sportsmanship and team work always emphasized.
TUMBLE-RAMA (Parent/Child)
2 - 3 Years
Have fun together learning balance, hand & foot coordination. Simple and fun activities are used to develop your child s self-esteem. Jelly rolls, balance beam, ribbons, and lots of interactive fun.
TUMBLEWEEDS
4 - 5 Years
This class introduces basic tumbling and floor exercises which help develop balance, coordination, and upper body strength.
Youth Fitness (6-12 Years)
BEG./INT. BASKETBALL
8-12 Years
Kids will learn the fundamentals of basketball in passing, dribbling, and shooting. Participants will perform basic drills & play a few games to put what they have learned into practice.
BEG. & INT. BOXING
8-12 Years
Learn boxing techniques in a safe and controlled environment. There is no sparing, but this class offers cardio conditioning, hand-eye coordination, muscle toning, mental toughness and self-esteem.
