ZUMBA®

Abs & Back (All levels)
A class that focuses on defining the abdominal area as well as strengthening the back, which helps in maintaining proper posture.
Active Older Adults
A class geared for the older adult or beginner. It includes a short low intensity aerobic section, body conditioning, and stretching. All ages welcome!!
BLT (Buns, Legs, and Tummy)
A 30 to 45 minute workout geared for those who don’t have a lot of time. It includes a warm up, a short body sculpting segment focusing on the abs, glutes, and legs, and a total body stretch.
Body Conditioning/Sculpting (All levels)
A sculpting class that will help define your muscles from head to toe. Improve your muscle strength and endurance by using weights, bands and tubes. A perfect complement to a cardiovascular workout for total body fitness.
Cardiokickboxing (Level 2, 3)
Join our certified Instructors as you “kickstart” your workout with this high energy, yet easy to follow class, that’s packed with a variety of punches and kicks. Experience the power!
Line Dancing
Learn the latest Line Dances in a friendly non-competitive environment. We offer 2 classes. If you are just getting started, come to the 3:30 pm class to learn the basic steps in our Intro class. At the 4:30 pm Beginner class you will practice the old dances and learn the newest line dances. Either way, it’s a fun way to get in shape and keep your mind sharp!
Stretch
Relax and improve your flexibility and range of motion with gentle static stretches which also aid in reducing injury, improving performance, and relieving stress.
Indoor Cycle
Motivational music, state of the art equipment, and enthusiastic Instructors make Indoor Cycle a winning workout. Rides are based upon cycling techniques, visualization and individual creativity. Intensity levels are controlled and determined by the participant. YOU MUST ARRIVE ON TIME IN ORDER TO PARTICPATE IN THIS CLASS.
Low Impact
Low Impact is a high energy workout low on impact to the joints. By adjusting the intensity levels, this workout can be appropriate for participants of various levels. Choreography is of moderate difficulty.
PACE
People with Arthritis Can Exercise! Easy exercises with a chair for all your joints.
Pilates
Matwork A class that emphasizes abdominal strength and core stability while balancing the rest of the body. Pilates works the body as a whole, not as isolated muscles.
Salsa
A fun way to lose weight and get a great cardio workout. Salsa uses movement and coordination and presents them in a spicy latin dance style. All fitness levels welcome!
Simply Fit
Exercise is fun in this class and easy to follow and incorporates a variety of exercise modes. We may walk, do low impact aerobics, muscle strengthening and stretching, etc. The class is geared for participants of any age to reduce stress, have more energy and feel great! It is perfect for the new or returning exerciser, the pregnant or postpartum woman, or someone recovering from an injury. Whether you’re young or “young at heart”, you’re welcome in this class!
Step
A great fat burner. Step aerobics involves stepping up and down on an adjustable platform. By varying levels of intensity, Step can be adapted to a wide range of fitness levels.
Low & Sculpt
Strength exercises for the entire body combined with short intervals of Low Impact
aerobic exercise. Beginner friendly!
Water Exercise
Classes which include cardiovascular conditioning and muscle strength and endurance. Ideal for all fitness levels, those with back and knee problems and pre/’postnatal mothers. No swimming skills required.
Yoga (Beginner)
An introduction to traditional Hatha Yoga focusing on alignment, proper execution of yoga poses and breathing techniques. This class promotes balance, flexible strength and relaxation.
Yoga (Challenge)
This class provides the mind-body-spirit benefits of yoga exercise in a vigorous, challenging format.
Xtreme Strength (All Levels)
The ultimate barbell workout set to music and done in a group setting. A new concept in the strength arena, and one of the most popular classes nationwide. Weights are adjustable from 3 lbs. up to 63 lbs. Focus on each major muscle for 4 minutes. Feel the energy and get the results!!
W.O.W
Women on Weights is a class designed to help you learn the basics of strength training utilizing free weights, stability balls and more.
