Water Exercise - Beginner/Intermediate
These classes are energetic low impact classes. The classes perform light cardiovascular
workouts and stretches. They are easy on joints and muscles, while still giving a complete body
workout. These classes are great for beginning swimmers, and those who are recovering from
injuries.
Water Exercise - Intermediate
These classes are high energy cardiovascular workouts that have strength and stretching
elements. These classes are designed for those who want a workout that is a little more
challenging than the beginner classes.
Deep Water
This class is an excellent light to medium cardiovascular workout that is non-impact. It
is performed in the deep water with the aid of flotation belts. Basic swimming is required.
Advanced Water Exercise
This is a vigorous cardiovascular workout. Class is designed for those who are up for the
challenge.
Strength & Stamina
This class uses dumbbells and noodles to get both cardiovascular and strength workouts.
Designed for aerobic exercise.
Festive!
Exercise to the beat of the big bands & the Beatles. For both beginners to advanced exercisers.
Intermediate Aerobics/Toning
This class is designed to enhance strength, range of motion and flexibility. Participants can work at their own pace in an environment designed for beginning and intermediate levels.
Water Walking Exercise
This water walking class is a wonderful way to exercise. It has many challenges and can be done at your own pace.
