Hip Hop Dance

Move to the latest grooves and break a sweat in this exciting workout.  Great music and a fun setting make this a rewarding time for kids and teens. 

 

Jazz Dance

Learn jazz fundamentals in a fun environment.  Participants will have  ablast learning awesome routines to their favorite music.

 

Teen Fit

This high adrenaline class allows kids to have a blast while exercising in a safe environment. Lesson plans are designed to improve coordination, cardiovascular endurance and muscular strength.
