West Valley Family YMCA

Youth Gymnastics Español

The YMCA gymnastics program teaches kids to tumble, run, jump and twist in our kid-friendly programs. From ages 3 -17, kids learn movement skills, fine motor skills, tumbling skills and advanced gymnastics elements. Kids also get to explore basic, intermediate and advanced tumbling and floor exercises which help develop balance, coordination and upper body strength.

Our gymnastics programs are designed to provide a safe, nurturing environment for children and youth to develop gymnastics skills as well the four YMCA core values of caring, honesty, respect and responsibility.

Gymnasts who are ready to take their skills to the next level can get involved in advanced gymnastics (by invite only) where the whole person is developed and competition and winning are kept in healthy perspective.
