Stationary Exercise

Exercising in the water is one of the best ways to get optimum results without the overheating or strain on joints of other types of workouts. Swimming ability is not necessary to participate in the program.

 

Twinges in the Hinges

A warm-water class in the Training Pool that alleviates pain and stiffness as it increases your range of motion. Swimming ability is not necessary to participate in the program.

 

Swim Fitness

An intermediate to advanced one-hour swim workout. Average 1500 - 2500 yards in the hour. This class is free, but you must be a facility member to participate. We also offer Water Fitness, Water Fitness II, and Aqua Aerobics. These classes are free, but you must be a facility member to participate.
