Braden Fitness Program
Whether you’re a new or returning exerciser, you can expect guidance, motivation and structure to start and stick with a fitness routine. Named after our late staff member, Richard Braden, the program will match you with a Healthy Lifestyles Coach who will help you design a personal activity plan to develop short and long term goals, learn how to properly operate our fitness equipment, plan for slips in attendance, and tap into social support from Y-staff, friends, and family.
