Aqua Aerobics

A non-weight bearing cardio and muscle conditioning workout in the deep end of the pool using flotation and water-resistance devices.

 

Hydrocise

A low-impact, muscle conditioning workout in the shallow end of the pool. Designed for beginning to intermediate levels. Perfect for those with arthritis or joint replacement.

 

Porpoise Club (ages 6 - 14)

This hour-long class is for advanced swimmers who have completed Shark level. Focus is placed on building strength and endurance, as well as fine-tuning technique in preparation for competition when they move on to Swim Team. Tryouts required.

 

Swim Team (ages 6 - 17)

Join our competitive and fun team! An hour and a half workout, tryouts required.

 

Swim Fit

Swim Fit is an hour-long swim workout for adults 18+. Structured sets are given by an experienced swim coach and are designed to increase swimming strength and endurance. Tryouts required.
