Youth & Teen Fitness

Free for Facility Members! Youth and teens will learn proper exercise techniques and cardio/weight room etiquette, plus the importance of a well-balanced fitness program that will help them become physically and mentally stronger. This class must be successfully completed in order to utilize adult exercise equipment.
