Aqua Aerobics

A non-weight bearing cardio and muscle conditioning workout in the deep end of the pool using flotation and water-resistance devices.

 

Hydrocise

A low-impact, muscle conditioning workout in the shallow end of the pool. Designed for beginning to intermediate levels. Perfect for those with arthritis or joint replacement.

 

Porpoise Club (ages 6 - 14)

An hour long session for swimmers who have completed Shark level. Excellent preparation for Swim Team!

 

Swim Team (ages 6 - 17)

Join our competitive and fun team! An hour and a half workout, tryouts required.

 

Swim Fit

A coached workout free to all members and an excellent way to improve all aspects of your swimming.
