Franklin Canyon Picnic

Family Hike and Picnic - Family Event- All are Welcome- Saturday, May 10, 2014 1000AM - 200PM Bring the whole family for a hike and picnic in Franklin Canyon Park! Please be sure to pack a picnic for the whole family to enjoy on the polo fields after our hike. This event is free! The Y will provide water and a healthy snack just bring your own picnic lunch to enjoy after the hike!

Adventure Guides 2013-2014 Program Enrollment

WESTSIDE FAMILY YMCA ADVENTURE GUIDES 2013-2014 It's going to be an exciting year in our Adventure Guides program, and we want you to be a part of it! The Y has been a pioneer in family relationship building for years. By joining the Adventure Guides program, you are joining a long tradition of fun and experiences that will last well beyond your child's years in the program. As part of the Adventure Guides program, dads and their son or daughter will gather with friends . These monthly "Circle" meetings are fun opportunities to learn more about each other, make crafts, tell stories and play games. Once a month, the Y will facilitate new adventures for you and your child to experience together. Events include an overnight at a museum, making Pinewood Derby cars, a weekend at camp on Catalina Island, local hikes and more! Our Y program year runs September-May, but you can join us at any time. What are the program fees Y Facility Members $100 per pair Program Members $125 per pair events may have additional fees
