Teen Fitness Ages 12 - 15
Designed to educate how to properly use all the Life Circuit, cardiovascular, and strength training equipment, along with fitness concepts and principles. Each week each teen will work one-on-one with a healthy lifestyles counselor and will be able to keep track of their progress as they learn new equipment and exercises. This program is a requirement for teens wishing to use any exercise equipment.
