Try Indoor Cycling Week!
Try it out and see what you think! Each class is 55 minutes and will consist of a personal set up, 30 minute ride and stretching. Get a number from the front desk & please be on time.
Monday, March 29: 9 am & 6 pm
Tuesday, March 30: 7 am & 7 pm
Wednesday, March 31: 9 am
Thursday, April 1: 8 am & 5 pm
Friday, April 2: Noon & 4:30 pm
Saturday, April 3: 12 pm
