Water Fitness

A variety of water exercise classes, deep and shallow water, for all fitness levels. All classes focus on increasing strength, flexibility and tone. No swomming skills required.

 

Water Walking

Time and space dedicated to exercising at your own pace. Move forward, backward and sideways using regular, short, quick or long steps in waist-deep to chest-deep water.

 

Arthritis Class

The Arthritis Foundation YMCA Aquatic Program (AFYAP) is recreational and helps those with arthritis manage symptoms, maintain independence and enjoy life.
