PRE-COMPETION (Pre-Comp) (AGES 6 -- 14)
A hour-long session for swimmers who have completed all of the swim levels. Excellent preparation for swim team or for overall cardiovascular endurance and muscle development. Facility membership and tryouts required.

SWIM TEAM (AGES 5 -- 18)
Dedicated to help improve cardiovascular fitness, strength and endurance through distance swimming, sprint swimming and upper and lower body workouts. Swimmers compete in the Southern California YMCA Swim League Sept - Feb, workouts are year-round. Facility membership and tryouts are required.

Facility Member--$90/month (On Season)
SWIM FIT (AGES 18+ )
Swim Fit is a coached workout for members who wanted to get back into swimming or wanted to perfect any of the strokes. Members should be able to swim all four competitive strokes and have endurance for an hour. Perfection of strokes is not required. Workouts usually equate to 2500 yards. Facility membership is required.
