Senior Fitness - Active Older Adults
It’s never too late to feel great! Our Active Older Adult program (AOA) encompasses a variety of classes, including exercises for seniors to stay in shape at any age. Senior Fitness classes are designed for men and women ages 50 to 100... and everything in between. A body in motion stays in motion, and the programs at our branch help keep you moving, active and thriving.
Helping members grow emotionally, socially, vocationally, intellectually and spiritually, our Active Older Adult programs can improve your overall well-being, as well as physical fitness. You’ll foster new friendships, and our volunteering and social events build lasting relationships and community ties for you to stay connected and healthy in all areas of life.
