Healthy Cooking

Learning basic cooking skills and understanding what constitutes healthy food choices are fundamental to building a lifetime of wellness. That’s why we offer Healthy Cooking classes for junior chefs to create simple, nutritious meals in a safe, clean and fun environment. 

During our hands-on cooking classes, your child will build confidence in the kitchen as they chop, measure, taste and clean up their creations. By participating in food preparation, they’ll also learn to follow directions, hone their fine motor skills, understand nutritional information labels, and use basic kitchen terminology. Finally, by exploring different cuisine from other countries, they’ll not only develop a more diverse palate, but also an appreciation for other cultures.
