From the onset of your membership, we provide the support you need to realize your fitness goals.

Get Started is our complimentary personal training program for new members that includes three (3) free visits with one of our Healthy Lifestyles Coaches.  In addition to helping you establish a plan for success and recommending group exercise classes based on your areas of interest, our Healthy Lifestyles Coaches will demonstrate safe and effective ways to use our state-of-the art cardiovascular and resistance training equipment, so you get a great workout while avoiding injuries.

For those who wish to continue receiving personalized guidance, we are proud to offer One-On-One Personal Training and Small Group Training.
