Small Group Training
Taught by certified instructors, Small Group Training consists of specialty classes designed for small groups which create semi-private training opportunities. By limiting the number of participants in each class, members receive more personalized attention to maximize their individual results while receiving the guidance of a trainer at a lower cost than One-On-One Personal Training.
Small Group Training classes offer a range of options and provide fun workouts that will keep you motivated, challenged and inspired. The intimate setting also serves a great support system as members of your group will encourage and motivate you to stay on track.
To ensure maximum benefit of Small Group Training for our members, class size is limited and registration is required.
Half Marathon Training Group
Have you ever wanted to complete a half marathon or just enjoy running or walking outdoors. Join us as we train for the Spring 2019 season. All levels of walkers and runners are encouraged to join.
Cost: $150 includes dri-fit shirt, weekly training schedules and support (running programs, form, gear selection, nutrition recommendations and much more!)
